Big things are brewing out west—literally. We’re excited to announce our newest adventure: Fat Ass Off the Ranch is opening soon in Cisco, Texas!
If you’re a fan of bold wines, cold craft beers, and a good laugh, you’re going to feel right at home here. This new location will serve up our full-flavored craft brews, a selection of our favorite Fat Ass wines, and a fresh twist: wine-based cocktails that are just as bold and cheeky as our name.
Honoring the Past, Pouring into the Future
This isn’t about putting up a new sign. Fat Ass Off the Ranch is moving into the old Red Gap Brewing building downtown, and we know how much that place meant to the Cisco community. It’s also a place that’s been at the heart of Cisco’s craft beer scene. We’re not here to erase that—we’re here to build on it. We’re honored to pick up where they left off. Our goal? To keep the spirit alive, while adding our own Fat Ass twist.
What does that mean for you? You’ll find our signature craft beers, a handpicked selection of Fat Ass wines, and some brand-new wine-based cocktails that are as fun as they are delicious. And don’t worry, Red Gap fans—we’re keeping a few of your favorites on tap, so everyone can enjoy a taste of home.
Meet the Fat Ass Crew
“We may be new in town, but we’re not here to change what folks love,” says our General Manager, Sherry Knutson. “We just want to keep the good times rolling and introduce a little Fat Ass to Cisco.”
Managing Partner Steven Johnson adds, “We’re excited to be part of this community. We want to celebrate Cisco’s traditions while bringing our own brand of fun, friendly hospitality.”
