Grab your friends, bring the family, and celebrate Independence Day with us at Fat Ass Brewery for our Red, White & Brew Picnic.

We’re celebrating 250 years of American independence with an afternoon of cold drinks, live music, outdoor games, and good company. Wear your favorite red, white, and blue and spend the holiday with fellow locals and visitors in the Texas Hill Country.

Live music by Adam Knight will keep the party going while everyone enjoys beer, wine, lawn games, and a relaxed Fourth of July picnic atmosphere.

Free hot dogs will be available from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Additional food items will also be available throughout the day.

This event is also a chance to give back. Donations will be accepted for our local Volunteer Fire Department in honor of the firefighters and emergency responders who worked tirelessly during the devastating July 4 flood last year. If you pick up a free hot dog, we encourage you to consider making a donation.

The Fat Ass Ranch Management Team is hosting this gathering as a thank-you to our community and to everyone joining us to celebrate America’s 250th Anniversary.
