Can I Customize the wines in my wine pack?
If you are in the 6-bottle club, you may customize 2 of the 6 bottles in your wine selection; and you can always add more bottles to your order by logging into your account! If you are in the 12-bottle club, you may customize 8 out of the 12 bottles in your wine pack. The other 4 are Wine Maker’s choice (all sweet or all dry). Selection must be made prior to credit card charge.
What is the cancellation and Return Policy
All requested wine club cancellations and account changes MUST be made 30 days prior to a wine club credit card charge upon fulfillment of your 2 scheduled shipment commitment AND CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING VIA EMAIL. We are unable to give refunds after wine club orders are processed. Please email customercare@fatassranch.com to confirm your cancellation.
what are the wine club requirements?
- Must be over 21 years old to be a Fat Ass Wine Club Member. By signing up for wine club membership you are confirming you are over 21 and agree to a 1-year (2 allocations) commitment.
- An adult (over 21 years old) signature is required at delivery. Please designate an address for shipping where someone over 21 will be present to sign during normal business hours (many people list their business address). No PO Boxes allowed.
- In the case that your wine is not picked up within two weeks after the wine club party, your wine will be automatically shipped to the shipping address on file (shipping charges applied).
- If your wine is returned to us, you may accrue additional charges to reship.
- We will bill your credit card automatically for the discounted cost of wine plus shipping charges.
Do you use Fedex or ups?
We use both FedEx and UPS.
What happens to my shipment if I am not there to sign for it or the incorrect address is on file?
FedEx will typically make three consecutive delivery attempts before returning your wines to us. UPS will attempt once and then take to access point for pickup. Watch tracking for information on location of your wine pack.
If your address is out of date and your wine was returned to us, please contact us at customercare@fatassranch.com to have your package held for pick up or reshipped with additional fees.
how do I update my account information?
Members can review and update their credit card number, billing address, and shipping address (if applicable) through their online account. If you need to update your account information, please log into your Wine Club Account
When are the wine club parties?
We have two wine club pick-up parties per year that are typically in the Spring and Fall. You will be notified of the wine club pick-up party dates at least 30 days prior with instructions to RSVP on our website.

ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. IT IS THE MEMBERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK EMAILS SENT FROM FAT ASS WINERY OR VISIT THE WEBSITE REGARDING CLUB MEMBERSHIP STATUS.

Membership Eligibility
You must be 21 years old or older to become a wine club member.
Billing Information
- To join, you must provide valid credit card information for billing purposes.
- Your credit card will be automatically billed one month in advance of each wine club pickup party.
- By signing up, you authorize New Fat Ass Co, LLC to charge your credit card for your wine, applicable sales taxes, and shipping charges, if any.
Communication
By joining the club, you agree to receive promotional and informational emails from Fat Ass Winery & Brewery.
Wine Pickup and Shipping
- You will receive an email announcement at least one month prior to each wine club pickup party.
- To ensure smooth delivery, please inform us of any changes to your shipping or credit card information before shipment. You can do this by emailing us at customercare@fatassranch.com.
- If you choose to pick up your wine but cannot attend the party, we will hold your wine for two weeks to allow for pick up. Please check the pick up dates.
- If your wine is not picked up within the two-week holding period, we will ship it to you, and shipping charges will apply.
Delivery Requirements
- Wine is shipped via FedEx or UPS. An adult aged 21 or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
- If the wine is returned to us, additional fees may apply.
Membership Cancellation
- If you wish to cancel your wine club membership after fulfilling your commitment, please email us at customercare@fatassranch.com at least 30 days prior to your scheduled charge date.
