We seat and serve on a first-come, first-serve basis — no reservation required!
For groups of 7 or more:
Please call us in advance at 830-644-2300 (Monday – Friday) to reserve for a Group Tasting of 7 or more.
For the scheduled Reservation, we require a Customer Profile be set up with name, email address, phone number and a credit card. Once you arrive you will pick a Sweet Tasting $18 (5 pours) or Dry Tasting $22 (5 pours). At the end of the Group Tasting, we will charge the credit card on file for the number in the group, plus tax, and 20% gratuity. No show fee $50.
Again, no reservation is needed for individual purchases of frozen, glasses of wine, beer, or bottles.

Get Your Ass on The Tram

We offer a complimentary Tram ride on Saturdays through the vineyard to either Fat Ass Winery or Brewery. Hop on, hop off.
- There is plenty of outdoor seating at the Fat Ass Winery, and indoor and outdoor seating at the Fat Ass Brewery.
- We also have a food truck at both locations on Saturdays, typically starting around 11:30 a.m., and a DJ at Fat Ass Winery starting around 1:00 p.m.
- For your safety, no alcohol or food is allowed on the Tram at any time.
Bachelorette and Bridal Parties
Did someone say Bachelorette? Bring your bride to be to Fat Ass! She will receive a free wine tasting if all other members of the party purchase a wine or beer tasting.

There are so many great wineries in this area, but this has been, by far, the best. From the absolutely amazing staff. The well-priced tasting. Last, but absolutely not least, the amazing wine! We stopped at many wineries but this was our favorite! Definitely will be back here in when passing through.
