1. Do I have to do wine and beer tasting to be able to come in to view the cars?

No! We have 3 classic cars on display available to view without purchase of a wine or beer tasting.

2. Is Fat Ass Ranch & Brewery Pet-friendly?

Yes, Fat Ass Ranch & Brewery is happy to welcome well-behaved, leashed dogs on their outdoor patio and in all non-air-conditioned areas, which includes the main floor. For safety reasons, pets are not allowed in the brewing area.

3. Are Children Allowed at the Brewery?

Absolutely! We’re a family-friendly brewery and welcome well-behaved children. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask that parents supervise their children throughout their visit.

4. What Beers Do You Currently Have?

We have:

  • Blonde Ale: A light and refreshing beer with tropical and stone fruit notes.
  • Peach Wheat: A crowd-pleasing wheat beer with a natural peach flavor.
  • The American Lager: Our lightest offering, perfect for summer with its crisp and refreshing taste.
  • Amber Ale: A darker beer with toasty and dried fruit notes for a richer flavor profile.
  • IPA: A full-bodied beer with citrus and floral notes for hop lovers.

5. My wife doesn’t like beer, what else y’all got?

We have a selection of sweet and fruity wines which usually satisfy the non-beer drinker. We also suggest our Strawberry Margarita and Rise and Shine Orange Mimosa! 

We’ve even had bitter beer-face customers who were pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness of these drinks, saying, “Wow, that’s actually good!”

6. Do you have beers to go?

We have 12 oz cans, perfect for take-out. Enjoy them at home or bring them along to liven up any party or gathering. We also have the growler, which is 64 fluid ounces of the brew of your choosing. Fill em’ up and drink em’ down.

7. Do you have live music at the brewery?

Yes, we do. We feature Texas local musicians and well-known performers to grace the stage. We offer a diverse selection of musical performances, showcasing the talent and passion of emerging and established artists. Whether you prefer smooth jazz or the energetic vibe of rock music, you will enjoy the live music event at our brewery! Our dedication to promoting musical diversity ensures that each visit is a new and exciting experience for music enthusiasts.

8. Do you serve food?

We don’t serve food from our brewery, but we have invited food trucks on-site. We have food trucks that serve brisket, bacon pulled pork, crawfish, crab, buffalo chicken, chicken quesadilla, braised pork, tacos, shrimp ceviche, tender pollo ranchero¸ delicious burgers, and grilled meats. Of course, we have the best brews for every brunch craving!

9. Do you make your own beer?

Yes, we do! All of the beer available at the brewery was made right here, at Fat Ass Ranch & Brewery.
